China Grill in Mocksville

I went here to pick up a take out order for my parents (who are elderly). After making an explicit request for reduced sodium and no MSG, it was as if salt was just poured in the gravy for the shrimp egg foo young. It was literally inedible. Therefore, we simply attempted to eat the patties and rice (for which I requested white rice and was given fried rice). The attendant (female - not sure if part of management) at the counter was very unfriendly also. Overnight, my mother had a reaction (indicating that MSG was used) and the next day my father had an extra long doctor's appointment as his blood pressure was through the roof. Eat here at your own risk ... and definitely don't ask that anything be modified. I called the next day to just share the experience for future reference as we all make mistakes. The woman who answered the phone (sounding the the same from the previous day) was totally unapologetic and seemed to care less. Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit.

In town working and this place is awesome the food no words can explain how great it was. Not to say today was Easter and they were open for business. No delivery but worth running out to pick up.

This place Is absolutely horrible I would never go there again the customer service is awful an they stole money from my debit an wouldn't return it I suggest CASH ONLY!!!!!! if you dare eat there sad version of authentic Chinese food I suggest dynasty they have wonderful customer service a wonderful environment for families and good times with friends not to mention there food is AWESOME some of the best Chinese I have ever had compare I guarantee you will never go to China grill again

Omgg their food is so good. I love going their. And the prices are great. I love their chicken and broccili plates. But everything their is so great

Upon entering, my party received excellent service, and great food! Our order was on the table quickly, and you can't beat the price. The fried rice is excellent!

Disgusting food never ever will I spend my money there. The food tastes like re used oil and burnt. I had to throw away 60 dollars worth of food cause we wouldn't eat it. Disgusting.

I just ordered from there and ask for my food tobe fried hard, and the woman said if I want it fried hard I could go somewhere else. Lol that bull. No type of hospitality..

Great food and the restaurant is very inviting, best Chinese food in mocksville.

Called in a take out order and they got the order wrong and tried to tell me it was my problem. Said if they had to change everyone's order it would be wasteful. Finally changed order and when I got it home the chicken was weird and rubbery. I will not be going back.

The lady that works here always gets the order wrong! Don't bother calling to complain it does no good, she will just say rude things to you and hang up the phone. The customer is never right here.

Great Food and Service. This is one of those Chinese/Japanese in a whole in the wall restaurants that has amazing food. Portions are quite large and the service is excellent. I highly recommend China Grill.

Awful customer service, they speak little English, but whoever takes orders on the phone, understand CERO None- English, due to the lack of language they keep hanging up on me. They won’t see my money again.

We live nearby and have had take out several times from China Grill. They have great, consistent, well-priced food. The owners are always there, so you know they'll take care of you. If you're in Mocksville and want Chinese, this is definitely your place!

Call in orders are never ready on time. They always say 10 min then when you get there you have to wait another 10 to 15 min. Last night we waited an extra 30 min for carry out call in order. They're never that busy just slow. Be honest tell your customers its going to be 30 minutes for your order. Very poor customer service.
